We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.
Wholesale or high value orders will be sent with either FedEx or DPD Local on either a 48hr or overnight service. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been despatched.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders, regardless of value.
Exclusions may apply to some promotions. We regret that discount codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes.
International orders will be sent with either Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS or DPD on a fully Tracked and Signed for service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 5 - 10 working days and the rest of the world within 10 - 20 working days.
Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Sadly Rock & Rose Rituals has no control over these charges.

We take every care to ensure your Rock & Rose Rituals products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles or other products that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused Rock & Rose Rituals products(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
