Welcome to a transformative journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. I am honoured to be your guide on this path of soul remembrance through the ancient art of soul midwifery.

Following on from my own sudden spiritual awakening (remembering) in Vancouver in 2015, which saw my entire life as I then knew it fall away - marriage, friends, business and money. I embarked on a 4 year journey, living and travelling alone in my campervan, Frida in the wilderness of Scotland, following the faint whispers of my soul. It was a very unsettling and confusing time... but also astonishingly magical, filled with frequent miracles. It was where deep healing took place, where I remembered my magic and where Rock & Rose Rituals was birthed. I now live in full flow service to Soul which brings great peace and I live a life consciously created by my heart which is a miracle in and of itself... that's not to say I don't still have challenges from time to time, I do, but they are infrequent and I am now able to see them for what they truly are: gifts and opportunities for growth and evolution to embody more of the Light and more of the Love that we are.
