What Is Spiritual Awakening?
A spiritual awakening is a profound shift in awareness, often triggered by life changes, deep inner questioning, or a pull to reconnect with your true self. It’s a journey of remembering who you truly are—a multidimensional being with infinite potential. Awakening can bring heightened sensitivity, a sense of unity with nature and the cosmos, and a call to step fully into your power and sovereignty.

Why Does Awakening Happen?
Spiritual awakenings occur as part of your soul's evolution, inviting you to release old patterns and embrace higher levels of consciousness. It’s a natural and transformative process that connects you with your divine essence and opens the doorway to living with greater purpose, alignment, and joy.

Navigating the Journey
Awakenings often bring challenges, including heightened emotions, confusion, or the activation of extrasensory abilities. You may begin to experience the clair senses—such as clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), clairsentience (clear feeling), or claircognisance (clear knowing). These abilities can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, they become empowering tools for your journey.

Your First Session
Your initial session is held in private, either at the tranquil Rock & Rose HQ in Upton Country Park or during a relaxing walk in the woods. Walking is a wonderful way to connect with nature, calm the mind, and engage both hemispheres of the brain—harmonising the masculine and feminine energies within. As we move together, your body and spirit open naturally to greater clarity and flow.

What to Expect
Each session is intuitive and guided by you, your spirit team, and the unique energy of the moment. Together, we create a sacred space to help you:

• Explore and integrate multidimensional aspects of yourself, such as galactic, elemental, or ancestral connections.
• Understand and work with the changes awakening brings, including any new sensitivities or abilities.
• Reconnect with your inner healer and awaken your unique gifts.

Empowering Your Journey
Our work may include personalised tools to support your growth—bathing rituals, nature prescriptions, or sacred practices designed to awaken the healer within and empower you to navigate this journey with ease and grace. These sessions aim to guide you into your fullest power, sovereignty, and alignment with your soul's purpose.

Who is your guide during these sessions?

I'm Lisa Marie, founder of Rock & Rose Rituals and ascension guide. 

Following on from my own sudden spiritual awakening (remembering) in Vancouver in 2015, which saw my entire life as I then knew it fall away - marriage, friends, business and money. I embarked on a 4 year journey, living and travelling alone in my campervan, Frida in the wilderness of Scotland, following the faint whispers of my soul. It was a very unsettling and confusing time... but also astonishingly magical and filled with frequent miracles. It was where deep healing took place, where I remembered my magic and where Rock & Rose Rituals was birthed. I now live in full flow service to Soul which brings great peace and I live a life consciously created by my heart which is a miracle in and of itself... that's not to say I don't still have challenges from time to time, I do, but they are infrequent and I am now able to see them for what they truly are: gifts and opportunities for growth and evolution to embody more of the Light and more of the Love that we are. 

This is all about you and a tremendous gift to yourself that will not only benefit you, but all those who enter your energy field.

Session are held in my serene space amongst the trees in Upton Country Park and may include a walk in the forest, as we can unlock a great deal whilst moving this body.

Exchange is £75 for 90 minutes

Subsequent sessions are £50 per hour
