Remembrance & Wellbeing Rooted in the heart of Dorset, Scotland and offered worldwide
Established in the dawning of 2021, Rock & Rose Rituals is committed to guiding you towards rediscovering your innate power and capacity for self-healing, allowing you to reconnect with your true essence, purpose and nature.
What began as a deeply personal devotion to nature, ritual and remembrance in the Heart of Scotland has since taken physical form. In 2023, we opened our first bricks and mortar store and academy within the ancient and breath-taking grounds of Upton Country Park, Dorset. Set across 160 acres of protected parkland, this space is both a sanctuary and a living school. A place where ritual meets everyday life, where children and adults gather to remember, create, and learn in direct relationship with the land.
All of our offerings and services are conducted in alignment with the frequencies of the New Earth, or rather True Earth; not something arriving in the future, but present, alive, and fully accessible in the here and now. Each of our products is meticulously crafted with the utmost love and respect for Mother Earth.
We exclusively utilise the finest natural, organic, and sustainably wildcrafted herbs, flowers, and raw materials. Through collaboration and communion with the plant and elemental realms, we attune our creations to precisely meet the needs of each individual in any given moment. In essence, our products are alchemical, ensuring that no two people will experience the same transformative journey with the same product.
Rock & Rose Rituals is not simply a brand. It is a remembering. A return. A homecoming.
Welcome Home, Magnificent Soul.
Rediscovering the Magic
Meet The Founder
In the beginning, there was one woman, a breaking point, and a VW T5 called Frida.
It was 2019, and everything I had built... the award winning catering company, the reputation, the life that looked brilliant from the outside... was gone. Not taken. Chosen.
There is a reason you might not know the whole story yet. For years I was the one feeding everyone else. Literally. Jamie Oliver on set. The cast of The Hobbit for Warner Films. The Crown for Netflix. And when Google invited me to their London HQ to talk about my inspirational business, something in me went very quiet.
I knew I was done.
Why
I grew up in the north of England, working class, eldest of three girls raised by a single mum. I left school at sixteen and learned everything the hard way... which, it turns out, is also, for me, the best way. I had grit in spades. What I did not have was any idea that the life I was sprinting toward was not mine.
By the time I walked away from Squid and Pear, I had fed some of the most famous people on the planet, won awards I was genuinely proud of, and I was utterly, completely burned out. The sparkle had gone. The joy had gone. The me had gone.
So I did the radical thing. I let go of the business. The London life. The husband. I bought Frida, a wonderfully quirky T5 who turned out to be one of the great loves of my life (still is), and I drove north.
What I thought might be a few months became just over three years.
How
Frida took me to places I had no plan to go. Sleeping in ancient forests. Beside stone circles. On the edges of lochs with nothing but birdsong and mist. I lived for a time at the foot of the Cuillin mountains on Skye, close to the Fairy Pools. I spent months with the wild horses in the New Forest. I cleaned toilets on campsites to keep myself going. I found the faeries, genuinely, in the Highlands.
I also found something I had not expected: myself. Or rather, I remembered myself. The girl who had known, before the city and the career and the noise, that the plants and the land and the unseen world were real and alive and communicating constantly. I had just forgotten how to listen.
It was in Scotland, in 2018, that I reconnected with the plant and Elemental Kingdoms for the first time since childhood. And it was in the years that followed, living slowly and close to the earth, that I met others: Merlin, Magdalen, Scáthach, Cú Chulainn, Tuatha Dé Danann, the Picts who showed me what happened to them and where they went. Not metaphors. Not symbols. Real encounters that changed the entire direction of my life and confirmed what some part of me had always known... that this path, this strange and luminous path, is exactly why I am here.
What I Stand For
I work with plants, scent, and the wisdom of the natural world. That is it, really. No mystery for the sake of it... just a very deep, very real relationship with the earth and everything that grows from it.
There is a word worth knowing here. Humus. It is the Latin word for earth, for soil, for ground. It is also where the word human comes from. We are, quite literally, beings of the earth. Not separate from it, not above it... of it. Made from it. Sustained by it. And in my experience, most of what ails us comes from forgetting that.
Rock & Rose Rituals grew out of that understanding. The candles, the bathing blends, the rituals... everything I make is rooted in real knowledge, real connection, and real care. I source thoughtfully, I make slowly, and I put a lot of myself into every single thing that leaves my hands.
What is now 8 years living close to the earth taught me, more clearly than anything else, is that most of us are not broken or lost. We are just disconnected. From nature, from our senses, from the quiet knowing that lives in us when we slow down enough to feel it.
That is what I am really offering. A way back to the ground beneath your feet. Back to yourself.
Simple as that.
Where We Are Now
These days I am rooted on the Dorset coast, running what I can only describe as a demystified mystery school, working most closely with the children who are arriving into this world right now... children who are carrying something extraordinary and need someone who can see them for exactly what they are.
I also run Rock & Rose Adventures, taking those called to the sacred landscapes of Scotland on private tours and retreats. I make candles by hand and teach others to build candle businesses of their own. I am writing books. I am engaged to Daniel; whom I reunited with this lifetime at as we both walked the grounds of Tintagel Castle before bumping into each other and recognising each others Soul in 2021 whilst we were both on the road.
The van life chapter with Frida shaped everything. It still does. The best work, the deepest ideas, the clearest knowing... it still comes when I slow down, get outside, and remember that the earth has been trying to talk to us all along.
One thing has never changed: the absolute certainty that this is my purpose. It took walking away from everything familiar to find it. And I would do it all again without a second's hesitation.
My full intention, always, is to plug you back into your...
MAGIC.

Alchemy & Healing from a 9000 year old Yew Tree
How Rock & Rose Rituals came to be...
Rock & Rose Rituals has not been solely created by myself; I see myself as merely the conduit and messenger of the great wisdom held within nature, patiently waiting for us to tune in again as our ancestors once did.
Rock & Rose Rituals is the creation of the Fortingall Yew Tree in Perthshire, the Heart of Scotland and her way of reaching people all over the world. Some estimate her to be around 9000 years old and in 2015 she changed sex from male to female, further confirming the return of the Divine Feminine/Goddess energies to Earth. It is also the year of my own, sudden spiritual awakening during a trip to Vancouver in 2015.
In the summer of 2019, 4 months in to my Rose Priestess training, this tree called me to her on 2 separate occasions and so I knew I had to visit Her. When I arrived, I asked what it was that she wanted of me and I immediately heard the words "I would like to invite you to ingest a part of me, but I must warn you, I am poisonous to many." I knew nothing of the yew tree at that time, but I knew I was to eat some of her young needles. After it was done she said nothing more so I left and fell into a deep 3 hour sleep in my campervan in Glen Lyon followed by a 3 day shamanic death and rebirth experience.
There is so much more to this story of course of which I will be sharing in greater detail when the time is right, but the result was our Ritual Bathing kits and candles which are all made by me and filled with her wisdom, energy and healing.
Whether you choose a candle or ritual bathing kit - a piece of botanical jewellery or our sacred art, you will receive exactly what is needed for you in the precise moment it is needed from the majestic Fortingall Yew tree and the powerful, potent land that is SCOTLAND.
If you have found your way here and are reading these words now, it is for a very beautiful and important reason and it is our deep honour and highest joy to serve you.
